What to expect
How the estimate works
We book a time
Usually within two or three business days. We give you a two-hour window, not a whole day, and we call when we're on the way.
We walk the garage
All of it — siding, door, slab, gutters, and the alley side. Takes about thirty minutes. You don't need to be home if we can get access.
You get it in writing
Line-itemed, with the options priced separately so you can see what's essential and what isn't. Good for 30 days.
You decide
No follow-up pressure. If we don't hear from you we'll check in once, and that's it.
Photos speed things up. If you can send a shot of the garage from the alley, a close-up of whatever's failing, and the inside of the door where the springs are, we can often give you a ballpark before we ever come out. Send them to hello@fixmygarage.com.
