The short version: we use your contact details to give you an estimate and to do the work. We don't sell them and we don't share them with anyone who isn't helping us run this business.

When you submit the estimate form or email us, we collect the information you choose to give us — typically your name, phone number, email address, zip code, and a description of the work you need. If you call us, we keep a record of the call and the details you provide.
Like most websites, this site may also record basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type, the pages you visit, and the site that referred you. This is used to understand how the site is performing.

- To schedule, perform, and invoice work you hire us to do

What we don't do

How long we keep it
Estimate requests that don't turn into work are kept for a limited period and then discarded. Records for completed jobs are kept longer, because warranty and tax obligations require it.
